Well, I think I’ve found everyone a ‘Stop Smoking’ plan that is 100% guranteed to work.

In Malaysia a couple was beaten to death, with their family members being responsible. In a bizarre and archaic ritual, family members gathered to beat the problems out of the couple.

They visited their family, and mentioned that the husband was having trouble quitting his smoking habit. The wife was having problems with asthma and her liver. When one of their relatives heard this, he suggested the ritual.

This led to the couple being beaten with motorcycle helmets, and broom sticks. Later, after the brawl had ended, an ambulance had to be called because they didn’t regain consciousness. One of the family members is suspected of belong to a variant Muslim cult, which supports the ritual.

Yet another sign of our world heading to impending doom.
