Sign Of The Apocalypse: 09/08/08

The words ‘criminal’ and ’stupid’ are pretty much synonymous with each other. If someone’s smart enough, you figure they can get a job and earn money the right way. Both of these ideas lead to some very humorous stories, which is why I have a love for the criminal element. Of course I had to look up how to spell synonymous so who am I to brag.

Today’s Sign comes from Fresno, California where a burglar has finally been brought to justice. The burglar mentioned, was arrested for breaking into the home of farmworkers. Of course getting away with the valuables and money wasn’t enough. The burglar evidently thought it best to lather one of the homeowners up with spices, while smacking the other with sausage. In his defense, sausage does greatly accompany many breakfast foods.

Once the owners woke up and realized what was happening the burglar fled. He was wearing only boxers, a t-shirt, and some socks. He of course left his ID back in the house, and the police found him shortly after in a field outside of the house. The biggest piece of evidence in the case is gone unfortunately. As the dog ate the sausage that the man dropped while fleeing.

The man should be ashamed of himself. This is proof that people are getting stupid enough, that the world is probably coming to an end sometime soon.
