Karate Robots Sweeping The Globe…Hope They Know The Crane Style

I don’t know if anyone remembers the Battlebots show on Comedy Central a few years back. In this show people would create crazy looking contraptions and would try to decimate other people’s robots. Sean Salisbury was one of the hosts, who is now an ESPN NFL analyst (pretty nice career move i’d say). While the robots on the show looked like large versions of kitchen utensils, there’s a larger karate robot based competition taking place around the world.

Instead of putting into words (which is close to impossible) what karate robot fighting is, I’ll just share some Youtube videos on this crazy pseudo-sport.
